Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders will ship via UPS Ground service. You may select an expedited option during checkout.

We will raise shipping rates during the summer months to cover the additional costs of using cooler boxes and ice packs.

We make every effort possible to protect our products during shipping. However, summer and warm months are quite challenging and even with ice packs and cooler boxes, melting of chocolate is very possible. If you live in a warm area of the country, we highly recommend choosing an expedited shipping method.

Do not leave products in areas of high heat, direct sunlight, in a vehicle or any other area that is potentially warm/hot. Always store in a cool and dry location for maximum protection.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping is not an option. We currently ship to the United States exclusively.

Damages

If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us immediately. We will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us. Your order number and tracking number will be needed to process damages.
