Where are your products manufactured and shipped from?

Our facility is located in Historic Geneva, Illinois. We are approximately 50 miles west of Chicago.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are made to order. We do not pull any product off a shelf to ship. Making fresh product will take a little longer than most online retailers. We want to ensure you receive the freshest, tastiest candies possible.

We make these products on a daily basis, once we receive your order, we will begin to craft your items within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders will ship out from our facility 2 to 3-business days from the day you placed your order.

Depending on your shipping location from us, UPS transit times range from 1-day (Illinois, parts of Wisconsin and Indiana) to 4 to 5-days (California, Oregon, Idaho).

Your fresh, made to order gourmet candies will arrive to your door anywhere from 4 to 8 business days after you place your order.

Are there any allergens in your products?

Our manufacturing facility processes and uses Peanuts, Tree Nuts (Almonds, Cashews, Coconut, Pecans, Walnuts), Milk, Soy and Wheat.

These allergens are present in our facility and will be used on shared machinery and equipment.

Please use caution if you suffer from any food allergies.

Why is there a handling fee?

During the warmer months of the year, we will add an ice pack to each order to ensure the product arrives without any melting or damage from heat. This fee helps cover the additional cost of adding the ice pack.

Once the summer months are over and the weather cools down again, we will remove the ice packs and this fee.
